Product Description
300g package of dried chickpeas. When cooked, they will at least triple in size!
To prepare:
Soak dried chickpeas for about 8 hours. Drain, rinse, and add to a pot with fresh water. (Make sure chickpeas are covered by a few inches of water.) Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender, about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
