We all experience stress from time to time, and if we bottle it up instead of finding healthy ways to relieve it, it can become a problem. A high stress lifestyle can cause tension in our relationships and negatively impact our mental and physical wellness.

Learn a holistic approach to stress management that incorporates nutrition, lifestyle changes, and science-based relaxation techniques.Gain an understanding of how long-term stress can affect our bodies, as well as how to prevent and reverse the impact stress has on our health.

Registration is required, reserve your spot now! $27+tax per person.

Every class includes an introductory nutrition lesson, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. Samples and recipes for this class are free from animal products and the following allergens: soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame and peanuts. However, while we do our very best to prevent cross-contamination, the Springhouse kitchen is not entirely free from soy, gluten, or sesame.
