We all experience stress from time to time, and if we bottle it up instead of finding healthy ways to relieve it, it can become a problem. A high stress lifestyle can cause tension in our relationships and negatively impact our mental and physical wellness.  

Learn a holistic approach to stress management that incorporates nutrition, lifestyle changes, and science-based relaxation techniques. Gain an understanding of how long-term stress can affect our bodies, as well as how to help prevent and decrease the impact stress has on our health.

Every nutrition class includes a lecture, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. All samples and recipes are free from the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts.

The Seaport Market is wheelchair accessible with level flooring and elevators, as well as gender-neutral and accessible washrooms on-site. Please note that if you forget, or decide not to attend, classes are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
