Three meals, two snacks, plus dessert and fresh-pressed juice, with a focus on higher daily protein intake. Our Protein Plus Meal Pack is built for those with an active lifestyle - or a larger appetite! 

What you get:

  • Breakfast: Power Porridge - gf oats, chia, hemp, buckwheat and coconut with dried cranberries and coconut milk (Just add 1/2 cup hot water to prepare) plus one fresh apple. 
  • Snack: Chocolate Almond Bar and Corn Chips with Flax.
  • Lunch:  Caesar Salad - romaine, cucumber, shredded carrot, coconut bacon, cashew parmesan, lemon wedge and caesar dressing, with a bowl of vegetable soup.
  • Snack: Cinnamon Raisin Chia Pudding
  • Dinner: Protein Bowl - chickpeas, quinoa, tofu feta, red pepper, kale and dried cranberries with house dressing. (optional: heat gently if desired)
  • Dessert: Cashew Cheesecake
  • Fresh-pressed juice: Green Zinger - spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger. Consume your juice with a meal or snack, or any time in between!

How it works:

  • You place your order online, and indicate your preferred pick-up date when prompted. 
  • You pick-up your meal pack during regular business hours, anytime after 12pm on the pick-up date you requested and store everything in the fridge.
  • The following day you enjoy your meal pack.

*Please note that all Meal Packs should be consumed within two days of pick-up to maintain freshness.  

*All meal packs are plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free.
