Our Holistic Nutritional Consultant will teach you how to boost your energy levels naturally and avoid the afternoon crash with simple recipes. Learn about the benefits of balancing blood sugar and how to decrease your dependency on caffeine. Watch step-by-step demonstrations on how to grow your own sprouts at home and take home the recipes for our Natural Energy Drink and Power Muffins!

Every nutrition class includes a lecture, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. All samples and recipes are free from the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. The Seaport Market is wheelchair accessible with level flooring and elevators, as well as gender-neutral and accessible washrooms on-site.
