800g house-made garlic mashed potatoes. Made with slow-sautéed garlic, olive oil and local PEI potatoes. The perfect side to any meal. Serves 3-4 people.
Ingredients: PEI potatoes, olive oil, fresh garlic, sea salt, parsley, garlic powder, paprika.
Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 400, bake for 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Or, thaw in the fridge overnight, and lightly pan-fry or microwave it. (Transfer to a microwave safe container first!).
