Every class includes an introductory nutrition lesson, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. Samples and recipes for this class are free from animal products and the following allergens: soy, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame and peanuts. However, while we do our very best to prevent cross-contamination, the Springhouse kitchen is not entirely free from soy, gluten, or sesame. If you have a serious allergy of any kind, please contact us.
Registration is required in advance and space is limited. All classes are non-refundable; however, they are transferrable for no additional fee (if someone is taking your place, please let us know). Thank you for your understanding.
Accessibility notes: Springhouse on Gottingen has level flooring, however there is no open button for the doors. The washrooms are all-gender. One washroom is wheelchair accessible with grab bars. Children under 12 or who require supervision may accompany their adult guardian for no extra fee, provided they are not disruptive for other attendees. Children will not receive food samples or handouts unless a ticket is purchased for them.
