20 Minute Meals

Making healthy meals at home consistently, whether cooking for one or two or nourishing a large family, can seem daunting. In our busy lives it can seem like a real challenge to find time for meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking (plus the clean up afterwards!).

This class will teach you how to save time and money. We will outline valuable shopping tips, pantry staples, batch cooking, crock-pot recipes, and some delicious healthy meals that can be made in 20 minutes.

Every nutrition class includes a lecture, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. All samples and recipes are free from the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. The Seaport Market is wheelchair accessible with level flooring and elevators, as well as gender-neutral and accessible washrooms on-site. Please note that if you forget, or decide not to attend, classes are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
