Our Holistic Nutritional Consultant will teach you simple recipes and healthy habits you can easily incorporate into your daily routine to feel your best. Learn about the benefits of oil-pulling, juicing, and how to make our Super Lemonade. Try samples of our Smoothie Boost and Power Porridge!

Every nutrition class includes a lecture, opportunities to ask questions, samples for tasting, recipe demonstrations, and an informative handout to take home. All samples and recipes are free from the following allergens: gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts. The Seaport Market is wheelchair accessible with level flooring and elevators, as well as gender-neutral and accessible washrooms on-site.
