A hearty and flavourful casserole, high in protein and even higher in deliciousness! This is a "tex-mex" style dish, featuring organic gluten-free noodles, loaded with organic spiced lentil meat, cheese sauce, veggies, black beans and corn.
Ingredients: organic noodles made from quinoa and brown rice, organic brown lentils, organic black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, house-made Carrot Cheese Sauce (carrots, nutritional yeast, olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt), spices.
More Info: 3 servings. Gluten-free and soy-free. Frozen take and bake product.
Reheating Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees, bake for 40 minutes or until hot throughout. Or, thaw in the fridge overnight and then gently pan-fry with a couple tablespoons of water or olive oil. You can also thaw and then microwave it. (Transfer to a microwave safe container first!).
