1L West African-style Peanut Stew, made in house. (frozen)
This is a dish developed by local Chef Brittany Rice who worked with us for a few sweet months last year. We made a couple slight changes, (including the addition of kale!) but kept the authentic flavour profile she created.
Ingredients: sweet potato, crushed tomatoes, organic vegetable broth concentrate (carrot, celery, onion, maltodextrin, salt, tomato paste, cane sugar, yeast extract, carrot juice, corn starch, celeriac juice, garlic powder, onion juice, spices), natural peanut butter, onion, kale, olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice.
